Return Policy

At Srexalonuochit, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our custom gift wrapping services and handmade gift products. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Custom Wrapping Services

Due to the custom nature of our wrapping services, returns are generally not accepted once the wrapping has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your wrapped items, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Handmade Gift Products

We accept returns of handmade gift products within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:

  • In their original condition
  • Unused and unwrapped
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items that have been specifically made to your specifications
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items without proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at help@srexalonuochit.world or call +12142981870 to obtain a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to our address: 2100 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207, United States

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
